I accept returns and exchanges. You must contact me within five business days of confirmed delivery of your package to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item must then be shipped back to me within one week of receiving the RA#. Any item (s) sent back without a RA# may be accepted or rejected at my discretion based on the circumstances.
